The Douche Bag With No Style That Takes Shots at the Style Guys

These days, I consider it a compliment when my less stylish of friends give me a hard time about what I’m wearing or what accessory I am carrying.  I mean that.  I’ll leave the slang terminology that they use out for now, but you get the idea.  true-lies-paxton1

I walk into a cocktail party and the stylish men and women compliment the bespoke handbag I carry in, amongst the rest of the wardrobe…  Then the beer slugging, less stylish of compadres amuse themselves with a lack of an audience’s laughter by making insults that they don’t even know what they’re insulting.  acbdf26054bfdd4c67497073ce0b9741

Listen up douche bags, times have changed.  Men are supposed to take care of themselves and look as good as they can these days.  Throwing on your oversized suit, with your oversized button down, and your dress shoes from high school, and your Dad’s old tie simply isn’t cutting it anymore.  Men, real men, have developed a sense of style and sophistication and have left the frat boy mentality behind.  Shit, now days the frat boys are even getting all styled up.  1db8795344ab8407fb76c2128dd61cc0

My point through all of this is that you need to gain the sense of security that lays within you and find a way to escape from your old comfort levels.  Don’t take heat from the guys that look like they just stepped out of a seminar for how to dress like an outdated salesmen.  Rather, read my tips, appreciate those that dress like this, and realize that in today’s society, you are much more likely to be accepted and admired by simply stepping up your style game.

    • my personal favorite:slacktivism (sometimes slactivism) is a portmanteau formed out of the words slacker and activism. The word is considered a pejorative term that describes "feel-good" measures, in support of an issue or social cause, that have little or no practical effect other than to make the person doing it feel satisfaction. The acts also tend to require little personal effort from the slacktivist.
