Try this workout from your own place. Not only does this workout get your heart pumping, but also uses your own body weight for both upper body and lower body movements.

50 jumping jacks

30 second plank

50 push ups

30 second plank

50 squats

30 second plank

50 mountain climbers

30 second plank

Take a breather, and do this two more times. Work at your own pace. If you can’t do 50 straight push ups, break it up into sets of 25.
