What’s On Your iPod?

Whether you are struggling with that last set, or just need to find some motivation to even start your workout routine, creating the right playlist for your iPod is crucial. The soundtrack at World’s Gym just doesn’t cut it for everyone, and with the variety of music out there, it is important to find whatever gives you that extra something.

My playlist consists of some Macklemore, Imagine Dragons, Breaking Benjamin, Shinedown, Three Days Grace, Disturbed, Trapt, and Godsmack. Currently my go to song is “Radioactive” by Imagine Dragons. However that could change next week.

Don’t make this out to be a big project, but take some time one night and browse through your songs on iTunes or download some new beats and put them it whatever order you prefer. If you are a country fan, go with country. If you like rap and hip-hop then go with rap and hip-hop.

  1. You should put together a tracklist on Spotify or Rdio or similar service and share it. It’s always good to listen to summer lists while on the porch are at the BBQ.
