The Cure for the Common Easter Brunch

Need to spice up a bland and pious Easter brunch? Consider the following recipe:

3 oz. Tomato Juice

2 oz. Vodka

Juice of ¼ lemon

Pinch of Chili Powder

Pinch of Black Pepper

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Celery Salt

½ tsp. horseradish

1 Celery Stalk (for garnish)

Start with two tall glasses.  Fill the first two-thirds full of ice.  Combine the ingredients in the remaining glass.  Then pour the ingredients over the ice.  Transfer the drink between the glasses three times.  Finally, garnish with the celery stalk and serve.

After you have tried the spicy original experiment with these variants: pickles, olives, bouillon, Sriracha, bacon, soy sauce, red pepper.
