With winter here, we realize that the days are shorter, darker, and colder.  Lame, I know.  With these shortened, darker, colder days comes a lack of vitamin D intake, which we usually get from the sun.  According to studies, people who lack a consistent vitamin D are 45% more likely to develop heart disease than those who do.  Vitamin D is also good from your kidneys, blood flow, and more.  vitamin-d

Today’s Tip of the Day: In order to recover from your lack of vitamin D from the sun, you should eat eggs and fatty fish or take fish oil supplements or D3 supplements.  Vitamin D helps rejuvenate important parts of your body including your skin.
