Tip of the Day- Doing This Gives You Extra Strength

Tip of the Day: Did you know that letting out some sort of a shriek or shout before a workout, job, or anything, boosts your energy and can give you higher strength levels within the next short period of time (possibly an entire workout)?  Also, letting out a quick yell or shriek can be a great stress reliever and cool down factor.

Next time you are maxing out on the bench press to impress some chicks at the gym, let out a shriek into your jacket or sweatshirt beforehand, so that you are not embarrassing yourself at the gym, and then pump that iron.  Or the next time you are infuriated or stressed, try belting out and see if it relieves any tension you were feeling.
