Today’s #TOD is for those of you who find yourself struggling with aches and pains, especially in your back: In order to reduce back pain, use a bag that has two straps and use them both.  Also known as a backpack, there are some trendy options out there today.  Here is one great option provided by Cole Haan:

Another way to avoid back pain is to be sure that your bag carries no more than 15% of your body weight, total.  Lugging around 15% of your own weight is sure to take a toll on your upper, and especially, lower back.
