Tip of the Day- Food for Better Sleep

Do you ever find yourself struggling to get sleep?  Most people are not aware of the positive benefits that a good night’s sleep will give you.  8 hours of sleep per night will give you a rejuvenated day and will help you stay energized and focused.  However, due to most peoples’ schedules and daily stresses, 8 hours of sleep seems like an eternity.

Today’s Tip of the Day: Eating four ounces of chicken on a daily basis will help you with any insomniac type issues you may be dealing with.  Looking to fall asleep easier and faster?  Science has shown that chicken contains tryptophan and amino acids that help the body produce melatonin, a hormone that helps your body fall asleep easier.
