Today’s Tip of the Day: When feeling a lack of energy, consume a banana.  Bananas are packed with potassium that has enormous health benefits to your heart.  Bananas are also packed with is magnesium, one of the most important constituents in generating and storing energy. 

When feeling like you need a kick start, seek your inner-monkey and enjoy a healthy, delicious, banana.

** Almonds are also a great, natural, energy booster. **
