Burpees: This is one of the best full-body workouts that allows for a combination of upper and lower body muscle building while torching calories. Start in a lowered squat position with both hands on the floor. Next, kick your feet back so that your legs are straight and that your body is in a pushup position. Pump out a pushup (or a couple if you want more of an upper body workout). Quickly kick your feet back forward in the original squat position and jump as high as you can into the air. Land, and get back in the squatted position, kick the feet back, and do it all over again. Repeat this sequence until fatigued.
